A single origin espresso from the Bensa region within Sidamo, Ethiopia. This is our second year offering coffee from Bekele Belaychow. Bekele owns and operates three farms in Bensa with his son Beletano. This lot is from his farm Finchawa, where Bekele purchases coffee cherries from over 100 nearby smallholders and processes their coffee along with his own. Blackberry, Chocolate, Stone Fruit, Syrupy. Ethiopia heirloom 74158 variety.
