Peru Gran Amoju Cutervo:
A fully washed coffee, that underwent a Mountain Water Decaffeination process. From the Gran Amoju subgroup of the Aromas del Valle cooperative. The Gran Amoju subgroup comprises smallholder producers from Cutervo, Cajamarca, Peru. Caturra, Bourbon, and Geisha varieties.
