Our first Mountain Water Process Decaf in some time. This lot comes from the Gran Amoju subgroup of the Aromas del Valle cooperative. The Gran Amoju subgroup comprises smallholder producers from Cutervo, Cajamarca, Peru. This lot is fully washed, and underwent a Mountain Water Decaffeination process. Honey, Marigold, Chocolate, Caramel. Caturra, Bourbon, and Geisha varieties.
