Peru Cajamarca: A fully washed coffee traceable to 25 farmers, and aggregated by Rony Levan, a leader of the Lima Coffee cooperative. Catimor, Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica varieties. Ethyl acetate decaf.

Colombia Decaf de Caña: A washed smallholder lot from producers throughout Huila, Colombia. Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra varieties. Sugar cane (ethyl acetate) decaf.
