For Coffee Professionals and Enthusiasts

While high quality roasted coffee and equipment are two of the building blocks of a great cup, equally important are the techniques and knowledge of brewing.

One Line Coffee has designed its Training Center around that concept. Located at the rear of the Short North Retail Store (745 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio), the center includes a state of the art espresso machine, grinders and brewing equipment as well as classroom space. Whether you make your living in coffee, or simply appreciate the finer aspects of home brewing and espresso, we have the programs and support to help you achieve your goals. Our Director of Training, Eric Thomas, is an accomplished barista and trainer, and oversees our public cuppings, retail customer workshops and our Professional Barista Development Programs.

We take seriously the challenge we face in supporting folks with vastly different backgrounds and experience in coffee. Don’t let your fear of being a beginner or novice get in the way of your journey. We’ll meet you where you are, and guide you in achieving your personal goals and objectives.
