It isn’t always easy to find fully washed coffees from Sumatra, but we had an opportunity to purchase one this year! A fully washed, cooperative coffee from the Jambi province of Kerinci. Cola, aloe, cucumber, green grape. Sigararutang, LiniS795, and Andungsari varieties.
