An exciting and complex Red Pacamara variety coffee. From our longtime exporting partner Los Volcanes in Antigua, Guatemala. Las Moritas is the name for several plots of land owned by Don Higinio and his wife Doña Aura. Comprising some 56 hectares of coffee cultivation, the Las Moritas estate was established in 1988. Coffee from Las Moritas is fully washed with patio drying. Orange gummy, tarragon, peach, maple. 100% Red Pacamara variety.
