A silky and sweet Dark-Roast coffee. This is our first coffee from the San Fernando Cooperative in Cedrobamba just west of Machu Picchu in Cusco, Peru. San Fernando has over 450 smallholder members, and this lot came from 14 of them. Caramelized Sugar, Cacao Nibs, Marzipan, Toasted Marshmallow. Bourbon, Typica, and Geisha varieties.
