Another relationship coffee from our travels to Papua New Guinea in 2024. This time, from the Western Highlands near the town of Hagen. Mong Coffee is a mill operated by Rexson "Rex" Raguni. Rex was the first person we met who was instantly convinced to attempt new slow-dry practices. Rex immediately delivered, building raised beds with shade at Mong. This natural process coffee exemplifies what happens when passion meets motivation. Chocolate, Plum, Tamarind, Hazelnut. Blue Mountain, Mundo Novo, Caturra varieties and cultivars.
