A washed sugarcane decaf coffee grown by smallholder members of the Central Cauca Association for Peace (ACC) in Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia. Sugar-derived, in-country (ethyl acetate) decaf. Castillo cultivar and Caturra variety.

| Peru Gran Amoju: |
A fully washed coffee, that underwent a Mountain Water Decaffeination process. From the Gran Amoju subgroup of the Aromas del Valle cooperative. The Gran Amoju subgroup comprises smallholder producers from Cutervo, Cajamarca, Peru. Caturra, Bourbon, and Geisha varieties. |
