Ethiopia Bekele Belaychow: A naturally processed coffee from the Bensa region within Sidamo, Ethiopia. Ethiopia heirloom 74158 variety.
Guatemala Todos Santos: A washed processed coffee from 55 members of the ASODIETT cooperative in Todos Santos, Huehuetenango. Bourbon and caturra varieties.
Ethiopia Shakiso Suke Quto: A washed processed coffee from 350 smallholders contributing to the Shakiso Suke Quto washing station in Dogo Sodu, Guji, Ethiopia. Ethiopia heirloom 74110, Wolisho, Dega, Kurume, and Bedessa varieties.

Purchase of this subscription includes your selection of monthly or every other month shipments of two 12-ounce pouches of the Method Blend Espresso. Your first subscription package is paid with your initial order and will ship the week following receipt of your order. We will email you a confirmation and the schedule and payment arrangements for future shipments. We recommend grinding just prior to brewing… so whole beans will be shipped unless otherwise indicated in the ORDER COMMENTS field (Shipping Address Screen) during the CHECKOUT process.
