Kenya Yellow Diamond: A double fermentation washed processed coffee from the Yellow Diamond Estate in Kitali Municipality, Kenya. Batian and Ruiru 11 cultivars.
Guatemala Todos Santos: A washed processed coffee from 55 members of the ASODIETT cooperative in Todos Santos, Huehuetenango. Bourbon and caturra varieties.
Ethiopia Tagel Alemayehu: A washed process coffee from 130 outgrowers surrounding Tagel Alemayehu, a
producer in Hambela, Yirgacheffe. Kurume and Dega varieties.
Tasting Notes: Key Lime, Stone fruit, Dark Chocolate, White Florals
Purchase of this subscription includes your selection of monthly or every other month shipments of two 12-ounce pouches of the Method Blend Espresso. Your first subscription package is paid with your initial order and will ship the week following receipt of your order. We will email you a confirmation and the schedule and payment arrangements for future shipments. We recommend grinding just prior to brewing… so whole beans will be shipped unless otherwise indicated in the ORDER COMMENTS field (Shipping Address Screen) during the CHECKOUT process.
