A dark roast coffee rooted in tradition from the Alvarez family in Ahuachapán, El Salvador. Raul Alvarez Belismelis (fifth generation) and Sebastian Alvarez Borgonovo (sixth generation) uphold the family’s coffee history, which Don Emilio Belismelis founded. Don Emilio arrived in El Salvador in 1863 from Cádiz, Spain. The family now operates 15 farms and over 880 hectares of coffee production. Dark Chocolate, Strawberry, Clove, Brown Sugar.
