A washed processed coffee from Sochiapam in Oaxaca, Mexico. Grown on modest 1-5 hectare farms by local smallholders. Pluma, Typica, Bourbon, and Mundo Novo Varieties. |
| Costa Rica Los Higos: |
A natural processed coffee from the Cerro Buena Vista Micromill in the Pérez Zeledón canton of the Brunca region. Villa Sarchi variety.
