Our first purchase from Esmérita Vasquez Ramírez and from our new importing partners at Yellow Rooster. Esmérita’s farm is located in El Cautivo, El Coipa, in the Cajamarca region of Peru. This lot is a fully washed coffee. Panela, Yellow Raisin, Cantaloupe, Black Tea. Bourbon and Caturra varieties.
