    Another dynamic offering from the Las Lajas micromill in Sabanilla de Alajuela in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. We’ve been purchasing coffee from the Chacón family at Las Lajas since 2013. This lot is a Yellow Diamond (Anaerobic Honey) process. Strawberry, Raspberry Jam, Rose, Asian Pear. 100% Villa Sarchí cultivar.
