Our first coffee from La Muralla, an informal group of young producers, most in their mid to late 20s, in San Agustin, Huila, Colombia. This lot is an ethyl acetate (sugar cane) decaf. Sweet Apple, Caramel, Graham Spice, Chocolate. Castillo, Caturra, V. Colombia, and Pink Bourbon varieties and cultivars.
