A sweet dark roast coffee from female members of the Comon Yaj Noptic cooperative in Chiapas, Mexico. This area is part of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, in the highlands of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas. The reserve contains Mesoamerica’s largest continuous cloud forest, and is a refuge for thousands of plant and animal species. Bourbon, Typica, and Mundo Novo varieties. Dark Chocolate, Black Currant, Pecan, Heavy Body.
