Our second year purchasing this community coffee from the Alto Inambari municipality near Puno, Peru. From several producers near the Inambari river, each with an average of 1-2 hectare plots of land. Fully washed, with notes of Milk Chocolate, Fig Newton, Carnation, with a pleasant quality of minerality. Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties.
