A washed, multiple producer coffee from the Cajamarca region of Perú. Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, and Catimor varieties. Sugar-derived (ethyl acetate) decaf. |
| Colombia Villa Amparo: |
A washed coffee grown by Jorge Zapata, near Jerico, Antioquia. Dos Mil and Castillo varieties/cultivars. Sugar-derived, in-country (ethyl acetate) decaf. |
