A complex dark roast from our longest relationship in Brasil, Fazenda Rio Brilhante. Near the town of Coromandel in Minas Gerais, Rio Brilhante was founded by Ignacio Urban. Originally a soybean farmer, Ignacio has built Rio Brilhante into an agricultural powerhouse. This coffee is naturally processed and consists of Catuaí 99, Catuaí 144, and Mundo Novo varieties.
