A dark-roast coffee from our longest relationship in Brasil, Fazenda Rio Brilhante. Near the town of Coromandel in Minas Gerais, Rio Brilhante was founded by Ignacio Urban. Originally a soybean farmer, Ignacio has built Rio Brilhante into an agricultural powerhouse. This coffee is naturally processed and consists of Catuaí 99, Catucaí 20/15, Catuaí 144, and Catuaí 62 varieties. Black Cherry, Dark Chocolate, Orange Blossom, Roast.
