Our first EA (ethyl acetate) decaf coffee from Peru. From a collection of 25 producers in the Cajamarca region. This coffee is fully washed before decaffeination. Caramel, red apple, graham spice, vanilla. Catimor, caturra, bourbon, and typica varieties.
