Our first year purchasing coffee from the Totutla community in Puebla, Mexico. This dark-roasted coffee comes from 8 producing families within the village of Totutla, under the name Red de Totutla. Their group is soon forming an official cooperative with the name Cozoltepetl. Garnica, Typica, Caturra, and Marsellesa varieties. Milk Chocolate, pistachio, molasses, honeysuckle nectar, syrupy.
