A balanced and sweet light roast offering from the La Cañada region of Oaxaca, Mexico. This is our second time offering coffee from the community of San Mateo Yoloxochitlán. Extended family aggregates their coffee for collection at the home of Agaustin Garcia, who we visited in 2023. Caramel, fudge, banana runts, dark honey. Typica, Catuai and Bourbon varieties.
