It’s so gratifying to find incredibly outstanding coffees from Mexico. There’s so much potential there, and it seems each year it’s being realized to a greater extent. A limited release offering from a single farm near Atoyec de Álvarez in the lesser know Guerrero region. Blackberry jam, vanilla, white grape, freesia. Typica, Bourbon, and Oro Azteca varieties.
