We’ve been buying coffee from Rodrigo Sanchez for nearly a decade now, and some of our favorite offerings have been his Pink Bourbon variety from Monteblanco. This offering is part of a processing series featuring Rodrigo’s fresh crop Pink Bourbon: A cold fermentation washed coffee from the village of La Tocora, in San Adolfo, Huila.
